Meet with a Florida Medical Marijuana Doctor

During your evaluation, the doctor will confirm that you have a qualifying medical condition. If approved, the physician will enter your recommendation directly into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR).

Step three: Visit dispensary near you to obtain medical marijuana product

Get Approved and Receive Your Florida Medical Marijuana Card

Complete the medical marijuana application through the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) online portal and upload your required proof of Florida residency. Once your application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation, which allows you to begin purchasing medical marijuana immediately. Your official Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) ID card will then be printed and mailed to you by the Florida Department of Health.

From Winter Haven, head west on Cypress Gardens Blvd (FL-540 W) toward Lakeland.
• Continue about 12 miles, passing Legoland Florida Resort on your left as you exit Winter Haven.
• Merge onto US-98 N toward Lakeland.
• Stay on US-98 N for ~10 miles; along the way you’ll pass Publix Corporate Headquarters and the Lakeland Square Mall area.
• As you approach downtown Lakeland, follow signs for Main St.
• Turn left onto E Main St.
• The Sanctuary (122 E Main St, Suite 200) will be on your right, located in the heart of Downtown Lakeland, near Munn Park and next door to MUV dispensary.

From Gibsonia, head south on US-98 S toward Lakeland.
• Continue on US-98 S for about 8 miles; you’ll pass the Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center on your right as you approach the city.
• Stay on US-98 as it becomes N Florida Ave through downtown Lakeland.
• Turn right onto E Main St.
• The Sanctuary (122 E Main St, Suite 200) will be on your right, in the heart of Downtown Lakeland, across from Munn Park and next door to MUV dispensary..

From Plant City, head east on I-4 W toward Lakeland.
• Drive about 15 miles on I-4; you’ll pass Mosaic Park and see signs for Lakeland Square Mall as you approach the city.
• Take Exit 32 for US-98 toward Lakeland/Polk City.
