Dr. Melissa Morgan, DO, is a licensed osteopathic physician providing medical marijuana evaluations and certifications through The Sanctuary Wellness Institute, a clinician-led telehealth medical wellness provider. She currently sees eligible patients in Lakeland and Spring Hill, Florida, in accordance with Florida state medical marijuana regulations.
