It is our mission to advocate for medical marijuana patients and to assist them in the navigation of state registration. During the Covid-19 pandemic Pennsylvania has authorized the use of telemedicine to certify patients. Our staff is available to schedule you with one of our Doctors. Simply call us at 484-346-5140 to arrange to meet with a Department of Health Certified Doctor. No prior evaluation is required. The doctor will evaluate your condition and is authorized to issue your card.
How to get your Pennsylvania medical marijuana card
You will need to register with the state with your driver's license ID number. The system will give you a patient ID number that the doctor will upload at your appointment to update your records to reflect that you have been certified for medical marijuana treatment.
Consult with the doctor for 10-15 minutes to evaluate your ailments and ask questions you may have about medical marijuana treatment. Your certification will be issued at your appointment.
After you have certified by the doctor you will need to login to the account initially used to register and submit a $50 fee to the PA department of health. The DOH will mail you medical marijuana card to the address on your driver's license that you used to register initially.
Once your medical marijuana card arrives in the mail you may visit any dispensary in Pennsylvania to purchase medical marijuana. An initial visit with a dispensary pharmacist is highly recommended. A Dispensary pharmacist has been trained and certified on the best forms of medical marijuana for your specific needs.
On April 17, 2016 the Pennsylvania General assembly passed the Medical Marijuana Act (Act). This legalized the sale, possession and use of medical cannabis. To obtain a medical marijuana card and obtain medical cannabis from dispensaries the patient must be a Pennsylvania resident. A PDH-approved doctor must verify the patient’s medical condition in order to acquire certification.Call or text (484) 346-5140 with any questions and to schedule your evaluation
