Age & Residency
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a Missouri medical marijuana card.
You can fulfill the residency requirements in one of two ways: you can demonstrate your Missouri residency by demonstrating your physical presence there or by demonstrating that you have a minimum investment of $500,000 in a Missouri-based business that has applied for an MMIP license. The second approach will only qualify you if the business ultimately receives a license.
Medical Documentation
After performing a physical examination on the patient in question, doctors are only permitted to issue written documentation that they believe to be pertinent. This medical examination must be scheduled at least 30 days before an application is submitted.
The patient's full name, date of birth, gender, address, and license number must be included in all paperwork (if any). They ought to describe any conditions you are being treated for as well.
Additional medical evidence may be required for some conditions in order to support claims that cannabis can help people with their symptoms.
Get Evaluated
You must set up a telehealth appointment in order to be examined by a doctor.
All applicants must have written proof from doctors demonstrating that they have at least one of the qualifying conditions required by the state.
