From South Venice, head northeast on W Seminole Dr toward Gentian Rd.
• Turn right onto US-41 S / Tamiami Trail and continue south toward Port Charlotte.
• Along the way, you’ll pass several landmarks including Lowe’s Home Improvement and Walmart Supercenter near North Port.
• Continue on US-41 S for about 16 miles, passing AutoZone Auto Parts and Carrabba’s Italian Grill on the right as you approach Murdock.
• Stay straight as US-41 S becomes the main commercial strip through Port Charlotte.
• Turn right onto El Jobean Rd (FL-776), just past the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall.
• After about 0.2 miles, you’ll see Steak ’n Shake on your right — turn left immediately after.
• Make a quick right turn into the plaza, then another right toward the complex entrance.
• The Sanctuary (1100 El Jobean Rd, Suite 110) will be on your right.
Landmarks nearby include Sam’s Club and Regal Town Center Stadium movie theater, making the office easy to spot in the heart of the shopping district.
From Rotonda West, head northeast on Golfview Rd toward Rotonda Cir.
• Turn left onto Rotonda Cir and follow it around to Rotonda Blvd N.
• Continue straight onto Sunnybrook Blvd, passing the Rotonda Golf & Country Club on your right.
• Turn right onto Gulfstream Blvd and continue for about 3 miles through residential areas.
• At the intersection with FL-776 (McCall Rd), turn right. Along this stretch you’ll pass Englewood Square shopping center, restaurants, and local plazas.
• Continue east on FL-776 for about 9 miles. You’ll see landmarks such as Charlotte Sports Park (spring training home of the Tampa Bay Rays) on the left, and Sam’s Club and Port Charlotte Town Center Mall as you approach Port Charlotte.
• Turn right onto El Jobean Rd (FL-776) toward the Murdock area.
• Look for Steak ’n Shake on the right — turn left just after into the plaza.
• Make a quick right and then a left to reach the complex entrance.
The Sanctuary (1100 El Jobean Rd, Suite 110) will be on the right, near Regal Town Center Stadium and other major shopping landmarks in Port Charlotte.
From Charlotte Park, head northwest on Aqui Esta Dr toward US-41.
• Drive ~0.8 miles, then turn left onto Tamiami Trail/US Hwy 41 N.
• Continue north on US-41 for about 10 miles. Along the way, you’ll pass familiar spots like Hungry Howie’s Pizza on the right and Chick-fil-A further up near Murdock.
• As you enter Port Charlotte, look for Port Charlotte Town Center Mall and Regal Town Center Stadium 16 near Murdock Circle.
• Turn left at Murdock Circle, a large roundabout near the mall.
• Follow Murdock Circle briefly, then turn right into the plaza entrance.
• Make another quick right and follow the internal road to your destination.
The Sanctuary (1100 El Jobean Rd, Suite 110) will be on your right, near the shopping center and across from Steak ’n Shake.
