The Sanctuary Wellness Institute was founded in 2018 by John and Elizabeth DiBella in Chester Springs, PA, with a single goal: to help people enhance their health and wellbeing. Since then, we've expanded with physical locations across several states and incorporated teleWellness into all our programs, empowering tens of thousands to live their full potential.

Dr. Melissa Morgan, DO
Medical Marijuana Doctor
Dr. Morgan received her osteopathic medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and has been in practice since 2008. She guides patients through the process while providing detailed education, personalized recommendations and ongoing guidance along every step of the way.
Dr. Desiree Granados, MD
Medical Marijuana Doctor / Medical Weight Loss Doctor
Dr. Granados Received her medical degree from Universidad de Costa Rica Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice since 2003. She helps patients find practical solutions by using integrative therapies to combat many of the health challenges that women and men face as they get older.
Dr. Heather Moday, MD
Medical Marijuana Doctor / Weight Loss Doctor
Dr. Heather Moday received her medical degree from Tulane University and has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. As a doctor trained in both traditional medicine and functional/integrative medicine, she is dedicated to helping patients optimize their health through a holistic, evidence-based approach. Dr. Moday's areas of interest include stress, cognitive function, and the gut/brain connection.
Dr. Megan Horsham, MD

Dr. Horsham is a board-certified physician with over 13 years of medical experience. She has helped numerous patients achieve their weight loss goals through the use of GLP-1 medications.
Dr. Horsham utilizes her experience, expertise, and modern best practices to ensure the success of the Sanctuary's weight loss patients.
Mason Grohoski
Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Expert
Mason Grohoski is a dedicated and driven fitness professional with a strong academic background and extensive hands-on experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy concentration from West Chester University and is currently completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Neumann University.
Mason combines his academic knowledge, real-world experience, and competitive mindset to offer a unique and effective approach to training and rehabilitation.
Stephen Tryens
Personal Trainer Fitness Consultant
Steve Tryens is a certified strength and conditioning coach and prior Sergeant of Marines. He graduated from Temple University to merge his experience in military and civilian environments with injury prevention and strength coach training.
Nicholas DiBella
