Dr. Avidon Appel, DO — Medical Director

Dr. Avidon Appel earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. During his medical training, he also completed an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in 2002. He subsequently completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital in 2007.

Dr. Appel is a board-certified internist with experience in aesthetic and wellness medicine, having practiced in this field since 2006. He serves as the Medical Director of Sanctuary Wellness Institute and supports clinical standards, patient safety practices, and quality oversight.

Sanctuary Wellness Institute is a clinician-led, telehealth-based medical wellness provider.
