Our friendly helpful staff will book your appointment and explain in detail the simple steps to obtaining a medical marijuana card in Connecticut.
The doctor will initiate the application and registration process with the state and notify the DCP that you are approved for the program. The state will then send you an email with additional instructions.
Check your inbox for an email from the DCP. You will need to upload your photo ID and proof of residency (a utility bill or mortgage or rent statement) and pay the state's fee of $100 to complete the process. Your temporary Medical Marijuana Card arrives via email within about 48 hours, with the actual card arriving by mail in a few weeks.
Print out and use your temporary card until your actual card arrives in the mail.
On April 17, 2016 the Pennsylvania General assembly passed the Medical Marijuana Act (Act). This legalized the sale, possession and use of medical cannabis. To obtain a medical marijuana card and obtain medical cannabis from dispensaries the patient must be a Pennsylvania resident.
