Mason Grohoski is a dedicated and driven fitness professional with a strong academic background and extensive hands-on experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a Pre-Physical Therapy concentration from West Chester University and is currently completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Neumann University.

With over four years of personal training experience and a certification as a personal trainer, Mason is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals. In addition to his coaching expertise, he has been a competitive powerlifter for over six years, demonstrating his passion for strength training and physical performance.

Mason combines his academic knowledge, real-world experience, and competitive mindset to offer a unique and effective approach to training and rehabilitation.
