How to Register with the State for Medical Marijuana in PA

1. Visit the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s official medical marijuana program page.
2. Click "Apply for ID Card/Access Account."
3. Click "Adult Patient Registration."
4. Fill out the form using the information from your driver’s license, then click "Submit."
5. Create a username and password to receive your patient identification number.

You will need to register before your initial appoinment for your PA medical marijuana card so your doctor can submit your certification to the state.
