Kerry Lundmark

Kerry Lundmark

Yoga Flow, Beginner Yoga, Pilates/Barre Instructor

I’ve been practicing yoga for 4 years, teaching for 3, practicing Pilates for 8 years, teaching for 7. Teaching balanced athlete for 4 years, and new to teaching Barre.

My favorite posture is bird of paradise! I love this because it was something I never thought I would be able to do, I love the challenge of completely integrating mind and breath and body in unison to find balance.

So many benefits to practicing yoga in an intimate environment; no judgement, not intimidating, more willing to take risks, less distraction, deeper connection with one self.

Semis and privates will especially benefit anyone with limitations, as modifications are a focus, as well as the very experienced yogi, that wishes to deepen their individual practice.

In life, we face numerous obstacles and challenges, we face the unexpected, in these times we learn to surrender to the universe, and let go of our need to control the outcomes. We learn to love ourselves fully, and it is then that we are able to offer this love to others authentically. We learn when to press on, when to hold on, when to face fears, and when to just be, and when to let go. We practice these skills on our mats, and slowly take them off our mats, transforming our lives for the better.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband, four children and two golden retrievers.

I was a competitive gymnast for Penn State University, where I studied nutrition and exercise science. After graduating, I received my masters in education. Teaching yoga offers me the opportunity to combine my degrees to do what I have a passion for in life!
