About Personal Trainer Matt Smith

Matt is dedicated to preparing his clients for lifelong success in health and wellness. He enjoys forming relationships with clients in order to tailor their workouts to their specific needs. Matt taught high school health and physical education. He has also coached high school soccer and led groups of students on rock climbing trips.

Matt enjoys weight lifting, golf, long distance running, and rock climbing in his spare time.
