About Personal Trainer Austin Hoffman

Austin is passionate about assisting others with their health and fitness. He has personal training experience with people of all ages, including children and the elderly. He worked with eight different sports teams at Shippensburg University, all of the sports teams at Ursinus College, and the Iowa State University football program, where he assisted players who went on to play in the NFL.

Austin has pursued the most rigorous exercise science degrees, internships, and personal training certifications. Every day, he puts his academic knowledge to use for the benefit of his clients.

Austin spends his spare time working out, participating in sports such as basketball and football, and competing in Powerlifting.
