Our Pennsylvania HRT telehealth program provides access to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women experiencing menopause-related symptoms and hormonal imbalance. Medical services are delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology and are conducted in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania medical and telemedicine laws.
All patients undergo a comprehensive medical evaluation performed by a licensed healthcare provider authorized to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Treatment eligibility is determined based on a review of medical history, reported symptoms, and clinically appropriate laboratory testing when required. Hormone therapy is prescribed only when medically indicated and consistent with the accepted standards of care.
For additional information regarding services, eligibility, or pricing, please contact us directly.
The Process
Schedule an initial medical evaluation with a healthcare provider licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This evaluation will be conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology when clinically appropriate. During the consultation, the provider reviews the patient’s medical history, reported symptoms, and relevant health information. If medically indicated, laboratory testing may be ordered to support clinical decision-making.
Once laboratory results are available, you will meet with your HRT provider to review your findings and discuss a personalized treatment plan. Your provider will explain recommended treatment options, review potential risks and side effects, and answer your questions so you can make an informed decision about your care.
If hormone therapy is prescribed, your prescription will be sent to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Payment and dispensing are handled directly by the pharmacy. Medications may be shipped to your home or sent to a local pharmacy for pickup, along with clear usage instructions and ongoing medical guidance.
At The Sanctuary Wellness Institute, medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals authorized to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Our physicians deliver women’s health and hormone-related care in accordance with applicable state laws, medical board regulations, and accepted standards of clinical practice.

Our hormone replacement therapy program includes medically supervised services designed to support women experiencing menopause and hormonal imbalance, delivered through secure telehealth care.
At The Sanctuary Wellness Institute, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) programs are customized based on each patient’s unique health profile and clinical needs. All treatment decisions are guided by a comprehensive medical evaluation, appropriate laboratory testing, and ongoing provider oversight. Our approach is designed to support hormone balance while prioritizing patient safety and minimizing potential risks.
Hormone replacement therapy supports the body by replenishing hormones such as estrogen and progesterone, which may decline during menopause or due to other medical factors. When clinically appropriate, HRT may help manage symptoms commonly associated with hormonal changes, including hot flashes, mood changes, and fatigue. All treatment plans are reviewed and monitored by licensed medical providers in accordance with established standards of care.
There are several clinically accepted methods for administering hormone replacement therapy. Based on your medical evaluation and laboratory results, your provider will discuss available options and recommend an approach that aligns with your health needs and treatment goals. Medication type and delivery method are determined on an individual basis and may be adjusted over time as part of ongoing medical supervision. Learn more about HRT delivery methods.
