Moreover, Idaho Governor Brad Little has repeatedly<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmvt.com\/content\/news\/Governor-Little-talks-medical-marijuana-possible-routes-to-legalization-504875481.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong> expressed his resistance<\/strong><\/a> to any form of cannabis legalization. Given these political predispositions and the lack of substantive shift in public opinion, Idaho remains a state seemingly steadfast in its stance against medical cannabis.<\/p><p class=\"post_para\">That said, if the nonprofit group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ktvb.com\/article\/news\/local\/208\/local-signature-campaign-continues-for-idaho-medical-marijuana-act\/277-700ebff1-1d5c-4082-9e3b-94c4d97d6aed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Kind Idaho collects 63,000 signatures<\/strong><\/a> by April 14, 2024, a medical cannabis initiative will be placed on the state\u2019s ballot.<\/p><h3 class=\"heading_all\">Indiana<\/h3><p class=\"post_para\">Indiana lawmakers have historically held a conservative stance toward drug laws, with strict penalties for drug offenses and a reluctance to explore decriminalization measures.
