Guided Meditation

Anyone can learn to meditate! While meditation can be done anywhere, any time, in our group guided meditation/mindfulness classes, you will be seated comfortably either on the floor with a cushion, in a chair, or you may choose to lie on a mat. Our instructors will lead the class using verbal cues and prompts to guide your breath and visualization, gently guiding and supporting all present. Enjoy reduced stress, greater mental focus, expanded creativity and better self awareness, compassion and relationships—with practiced meditation!
